AIRUMEX customers can refer friends, relatives or other prospective customers and receive a referral reward when the referral successfully qualifies under the program.
Referral Reward
For each eligible successful referral, the referrer can choose ONE of the following:
₹1,000 Referral Reward
OR
6 Months' Extra Warranty
The two rewards cannot both be claimed for the same successful referral unless AIRUMEX specifically runs an offer stating otherwise.
Who Can Refer
The program is intended for eligible AIRUMEX customers/referrers who provide sufficient information for AIRUMEX to identify and verify the referral.
Providing the referrer's registered mobile number helps AIRUMEX identify the correct customer and process the reward.
How to Submit a Referral
A referral may be submitted through the AIRUMEX referral form/app or another referral channel officially provided by AIRUMEX.
The referrer should provide accurate information about the person being referred.
When a Referral Becomes Successful
A referral should qualify for a reward only after AIRUMEX verifies that the referred person has completed the qualifying purchase and that the transaction satisfies the referral-program conditions.
Merely submitting a person's name or phone number does not automatically qualify for a reward.
Existing Customers
A person who is already an AIRUMEX customer, or whose purchase was already independently in progress before the referral was submitted, may not qualify as a new referral.
Duplicate Referrals
If the same person is referred by more than one person, AIRUMEX may use its records—including the earliest valid referral submission—to determine the eligible referrer.
Only one referral reward should be issued for the same qualifying customer purchase.
₹1,000 Reward
Where the referrer selects ₹1,000, the reward becomes payable only after the referred customer's qualifying purchase has been successfully completed and verified by AIRUMEX.
The payment method and processing details may be confirmed with the eligible referrer.
6-Month Warranty Extension
Where the referrer chooses the warranty reward, 6 additional months will be added to the eligible AIRUMEX purifier's applicable warranty record after the referral is successfully verified.
The extension applies to the eligible purifier/warranty account identified by AIRUMEX and does not automatically change the scope of what the underlying warranty covers.
Cancelled or Invalid Transactions
A referral reward may be withheld or cancelled if the referred purchase is cancelled, reversed, found to be fraudulent, or otherwise does not meet the qualifying conditions.
No Self-Referral or Manipulation
AIRUMEX may reject referrals involving:
- False or fabricated customer information.
- Duplicate or manipulated submissions.
- Self-referrals designed solely to obtain a reward.
- Unauthorized use of another person's customer details.
- Attempts to misuse the referral program.
Verification
AIRUMEX may verify referral information and the related sale before approving a reward. Genuine referral disputes should be reviewed against AIRUMEX's referral and transaction records.
Program Changes
AIRUMEX may modify, pause or discontinue the referral program or change rewards for future referrals. A change should not unfairly cancel a reward already earned under the terms applicable when an eligible referral was completed.
