By purchasing an AIRUMEX product, requesting a demonstration, using our services, or using the AIRUMEX website/app, the customer agrees to the applicable terms below.
Product & Pricing
- Product prices, models, features and offers may change from time to time.
- The specifications and benefits applicable to a purchase will be those mentioned on the customer's final bill/order confirmation.
- Product images displayed on the website are for representation. Minor differences in appearance may occur.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned by AIRUMEX.
- Any applicable taxes will be shown on the relevant GST invoice where applicable.
Water Purifier Selection
- Purification requirements can vary depending on the customer's water source and water quality.
- Customers should provide correct information regarding their water source wherever requested.
- AIRUMEX may recommend a suitable purifier or purification configuration after understanding the customer's requirements.
- TDS alone should not be treated as the sole measure of drinking-water safety or quality.
Installation
- Installation must be carried out at a location reasonably suitable for the purifier and its required connections.
- The customer should provide access to the required water inlet, electricity supply, drainage and installation area where applicable.
- Any additional plumbing, electrical, civil work or special installation requirement outside the standard installation scope may involve additional charges. The customer should be informed before such chargeable work is performed.
- Customers should not allow unauthorized modification of the purifier where this could affect safety, performance or warranty coverage.
Service & Support
- Customers can raise service requests through the AIRUMEX customer app or AIRUMEX's available support channels.
- Service availability and visit timing may depend on location, technician availability and the nature of the complaint.
- Customers should provide accurate contact and address information to help AIRUMEX arrange service.
- Charges, if applicable, should be communicated before chargeable work is undertaken.
Customer Account & AIRUMEX App
- Customers are responsible for keeping their AIRUMEX app login credentials secure.
- Service requests raised through the customer's account may be treated as requests made by that customer.
- Customers should promptly contact AIRUMEX if they believe their account is being used without authorization.
- AIRUMEX may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for account or system security.
Payments & Bills
- Customers should retain their AIRUMEX bill/invoice as proof of purchase.
- The bill number may be used to identify the purchase and warranty record.
- Customers should verify important information on their bill and notify AIRUMEX if a correction is required.
Website Information
- AIRUMEX aims to keep website information accurate and current.
- Product availability, prices, offers and specifications may be updated.
- Where website information differs from a finalized customer order or bill, the confirmed transaction documents will govern that purchase.
Responsible Use
Customers must not misuse the AIRUMEX website, app, referral program or service system, submit intentionally false information, impersonate another customer, attempt unauthorized access, or use AIRUMEX services for fraudulent purposes.
Changes to Terms
AIRUMEX may update these terms when products, services, policies or applicable requirements change. The version applicable to a completed purchase should not retrospectively remove contractual rights already acquired by the customer.
